Luis Lopez Juarez – Castilla La Mancha – Spain
Working on Luis’ project is how I fell in love with olive oil & organic food. A robust, fruity oil which tastes like how it should: of fresh olives. Hints of herbs, cut grass and tomato leaf keep it aromatic, and balance the heavy hitting fruits and spice that come through afterwards.
I admit it, this is my go-to olive oil. I drizzle it on absolutely everything. Soup, stew, salad, vegetables, cheese, marinades, fresh tomatoes, crusty bread, risotto. I’m addicted.
Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Luis moved from the city to revitalise his ancestors farm in a small village called Letur in Castile-La Mancha, Spain. Luis hosts volunteers from all around the world to help on his various projects. From maintaining olive groves, renovating a dilapidated farmhouse and conserving the ancient Iberian waterways that ensure Letur is an abundant oasis in an arid area of Spain. They live a self sufficient lifestyle, growing all their own fruit, vegetables and nuts.

I ordered the prosecco and the olive oil. The Olive oil is delicious and fresh there are some lovely earthy flavours. I can taste the love it was made with! The prosecco was smooth and subtle perfect for a warm afternoon. It complimented my roasted veggies in the garden! It is wonderful to know these products were sourced from small farms and are made by passionate people.
Thank you so much!!
Very impressive first couple of orders – the still Prosecco was exquisite & the oil and balsamic vinegar bring that feeling of Mediterranean sunshine to our Yorkshire table.

Brilliant organic products, beautifully packaged using NO plastic. I loved the balsamic vinegar in my first delivery and can’t wait to find out what comes with my next order
